Multimedia in the Classroom

This was a challenging project, namely because everything was very glitchy this week. After having several screencast apps crash, I ended up using Debut Video Capture. This program is very simple to use, and comes with a video editor that will allow a direct upload to YouTube.

    I, too, thought the assignment was going to be a breeze until I got into it. Your research really comes through in your video, and I learned a lot from watching it! In the end, I think your effort was well worth it. Great job!

    There is nothing more difficult than having tech issues while taking an online course. It is suppose to all work, all the time and every time. NOT TRUE! You did a great lesson, using PREZI and your screen capturing video is a great combination. Also, even if it was difficult, putting your image in the media is important in the process. The learner is aware of a real teacher–not just some cd-rom curriculum with pix and graphics.

      Thank you, this was a good learning experience for me. I not only used new applications, but had a humbling experience. It reminds me of how the students may feel!
